  • The product has been used.
  • The product was custom-made for you.

  2. Send clear pictures showing the issue.
  3. Keep the product in its original condition with complete packaging.
  4. Our team will review the case and arrange the suitable solution.

If the issue is from our side, Royal Kadoo covers the shipping cost. If the request is not due to our side, the customer covers the shipping cost.
